Positives: The cost for work done was reasonable and com This review applies to service for a recall item, NYS inspection and minor general service. Positives: The cost for work done was reasonable and competitive. I felt the assessments made for NYS inspection and their multi-point inspection was honest(i.e., I was not told that I needed something that wasn’t necessary). The work performed was completed within timeframe quoted and also the cost as quoted. Negatives: When I made the appointment for service, I asked for shuttle service to and from my house(as advertised). When I brought the car for service, I was told it was not available. The dealership should not advertise what they can’t do, especially during COVID-19 restrictions. Part of my service was for a recall item on the front passenger seat. While driving home, I realized the seat cushion and surrounding area had white spots which didn’t brush off. Not a big deal, but they should have Inspected and cleaned it. More
In and out quickly. One of the repairs was minor and there was no charge. This is something they do that makes me trust them I never feel like I’m paying for something I don’t need. He was great in communicating with me regarding the times the car would be picked up and dropped off. Andrea was great to work with and I would highly recommend. The employees who came were friendly and helpful. I thought the price of changing out the brakes was too expensive ($360) since the car is going off lease in three months and I drive very infrequently. They assured me that there would be no safety issues which was good to know. More
