I felt like Earnie, the service rep was trying to take advantage of me from the moment I got there. I would not recommend going here if you're a single woman. While everyone was polite and welcoming, the service I had signed up for online was not complete. I waited for my car from 10:51am until after 3:51pm. My maps were not updated and my oil change was not do had signed up for online was not complete. I waited for my car from 10:51am until after 3:51pm.
