Our 2017 Outback was having some serious battery problems and needed a 50K mile servicing. I was very satisfied with the level of service at Bay Ridge Subaru. Obviously the price was higher than the neighbor and needed a 50K mile servicing. I was very satisfied with the level of service at Bay Ridge Subaru. Obviously the price was higher than the neighborhood service center, but that was to be expected. The higher price point was worth the peace of mind knowing that the car was going to be fixed correctly and thoroughly. Every person I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. More
