Very happy with our purchase and Anthony was very nice and helped as much as he could. Was not happy with the way we were treated with our trad- in they offered us $6000. which was $1800 lower than their and helped as much as he could. I understand that they need to make a profit but I feel that that is excessive. I also understand these are normal times but we are repeat customers and think we could have been treated a little better. More

Very good customer service from Ernie. It was a long wait (two hours) for a check-up, but I guess you need to allocate at least half the day for 6-month multipoint checkups.
