It was incredibly easy to make an appointment for our 6 month service, everyone I dealt with was polite, friendly and efficient. I was really disappointed (and a bit angry) that I had to wait 5 hours for an oil changed and brake job. I had an 8 AM appointment, to which I arrived early and expected to leave by 10-11 AM but did not get wait 5 hours for an oil changed and brake job. I had an 8 AM appointment, to which I arrived early and expected to leave by 10-11 AM but did not get my car until 1 PM. I did not get any explanation of why it took so long. I don't know how work is assigned but what is the point of making an appointment at a specific time (1st appt of day) when its meaningless? More
