Unprofessional & Unprepared Horrible experience, I "scheduled a test drive" through their website only to get there the next morning and have the car still be inside. When I asked the salesmen who was appointed to me, Peter Marconi, if we could test drive the car he refused and wanted to speak price first stating "I'm not going to move all these cars if you're going to offer something low". Who in their right mind would offer money on a car they haven't even driven? I spoke to Peter about another car I was considering, same make, same year, different specs, certified and better price. He responded with "maybe you should go by that car then". Thank you Mr. Marconi for the great advice because that's exactly what I did that very day at another friendly, non-pushy, and professional dealership. Funny how a week later this dealership is still calling/e-mailing asking for my business. Even if I hadn't boughten a new car yet I would not return to a place as unprofessional as this. More

My 2000 Toyota Avalon XLS was totaled one night and I found myself test driving a Honda Accord XL the following day. It was acceptable. I moved on to Bay Ridge Subaru, where I met with Patricia Froncillo. (Friends had recommended I speak with her) I drove my friend's Impreza to the showroom. The Impreza ride was much like the Accord. After speaking with Patricia, she thought I should test drive a Forester Subaru as it had a similar ride to the Toyota I had driven for 15+ years. Even though it is a 4 cylinder, it has lots of power and a smooth ,silky ride, not to mention a sound system that blew me away! The 2016 Forester sold itself to me! Patricia facilitated a perfect match! Patricia is one amazing salesperson! Not only does she know her stuff, she is detail oriented and passionate about selling quality cars. Patricia has a most engaging personality and a sense of humor that is beyond entertaining! I almost lost sight that I was sitting in a car showroom! I usually think( for a long time) and obsess about large purchases. Well, this experience was a first for me! We discussed the price and terms of the lease and I made a decision to lease the Forester that day. I LOVE MY SUBARU and Patricia. I will be back at the end of the lease to move into another exceptional car. I highly recommend working with Patricia. I have not yet had any experience with the service department, but the staff seems pleasant and helpful in general as I observed them dealing with customers. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE AGAIN! I've been either leasing or buying cars (both domestic and foreign) every 3 yrs for over 30 yrs. Many of these purchases have been time consuming and a BIG hassle. About 6 yrs ago I found Bay Ridge Subaru. This is now my 3rd Forester from Bay Ridge. I keep coming back to Bay Ridge Subaru due to Patricia Froncillo. She makes the lease process easy and stress free with no pressure. It's apparent that she loves her job and believes in the product she sells. She is an outstanding sales person and a credit to the Subaru corporation. The Service Department is outstanding and also hassle free thanks to Steve Cravotta. Anyone looking to buy or lease a car should definitely make Bay Ridge Subaru their first stop. More
