Anthony far exceeded our expectations and turned our car buying experience into a very positive one. A quick bit of background: Our experience working with Anthony during the purchasing process of our certified pre-owned 2014 Subaru Outback went smoothly. However, after we drove the car home we noticed problems with the two rear tires. We contacted Anthony about the problem. He set up an appointment for us when the Service Department again opened on Monday. When we arrived at Bay Ridge Subaru, Anthony met us and looked at the tires with the service manager, Andrew. Apologizing for the car not being up to certified pre-owned standards, he assured us that it would be taken care of right away. We waited while two new tires were installed. Bay Ridge Subaru has a good team of people and Anthony Grippo is right at the top as far as we are concerned. When we are ready to purchase another Subaru, we will contact Anthony first.
