Trustworthy I’ve been coming here for over ten years. I’ve always found them trustworthy. This last time I had the brakes replaced. This was after a year of mo I’ve been coming here for over ten years. I’ve always found them trustworthy. This last time I had the brakes replaced. This was after a year of monitoring them when the wear was first noticed. They could have replaced them long ago, with me none the wiser. Instead, they guided me through the monitoring until the time came to do the deed. The mechanic showed me the the parts that required replacing. My representative kept me informed about what they were doing and the time it was taking. All the repairs over the years have been completed professionally and very capably. I’ve never had to return due to a botched job or any question over the quality. I’m on my third Subaru, and thencurrent model was bought here. More
20,000 mile service (or there about) I was told the service would take approximately 3-4 hours (was one of the more extensive scheduled services). They had me out in 2 hours. Poor Customer Service I came to the shop to get my seats repaired. I was told that i would get a loaner car free of charge. Days before I called the dealership to confirm I came to the shop to get my seats repaired. I was told that i would get a loaner car free of charge. Days before I called the dealership to confirm the car would be ready for pickup and they assured me it would. However when i pulled in the supervisor came running over to me telling me he smelt something. I looked at him because there was no smell on my car. He said ok maybe its another car. I then went inside and sat with a young gentleman named Mr. Otero. He told me that he was putting a diagnostic fee on the bill to check out the issue. I said there is no issue, remove, it. He said but my mgr said there was a smell, i said please remove it, i'm not here for any issues other than to have my seats/key repaired. I was also coming in to have my keys repaired which was also included under the warranty. He told me there may be a fee for the keys. I said what are you talking about the keys and the seats are under warranty. I said didnt you get the email from Subaru headquarters because you were copied on it. He asked me for the email and i provided him with it. Then i said is the loaner ready? He said what loaner? You have to pay for that. I said, "what"?? Not only did Subaru headquarters tell me it was covered but i confirmed it with your dealership the day before! He said sorry as he sat back in his chair and had me scramble to call the Subaru headquarters to clear this up. I eventually got tired of waiting on hold and just asked Mr. Otero to bring my car to the front that i was leaving! I had never been so frustrated and humiliated in my life! I cannot believe how they treat people as the headquarters representatives are so nice. A few days later i got a call from Subaru rep from headquarters and could not apologize enough for the inconvenience i had experienced. Not only would i never go back to that dealership but i will never recommend them to anyone! There customer service team needs a lot of work! I also had an incident with them previously when they told me i needed a major maintenance done which would cost me hundreds of dollars. I though this was odd and called another Subaru dealership who told me why are they having you do that maintenance when your car is only 2 years old! I dont feel comfortable ever going back here and i will also warn others about the way they treat customers. So different from the way your treated when you call Subaru headquarters. They should take pointers from them! More

Service center changed to worse. I am with this center for nearly 20 years. In the recent few years service and people changed, but unfortunately not to the better.. For example, befo I am with this center for nearly 20 years. In the recent few years service and people changed, but unfortunately not to the better.. For example, before to come for service two weeks ago I asked about price. I was told : to replace battery with a new one cost $129 plus tax. I paid for the job next day $208.. Is it fair. And this is just the last service. Can I recommend your center? I bought from you 4 cars from Peter Marconi (ask him, he knows me well) but now I have to think well before do this.
