Best price in the area We went to different Subaru dealers. Bay Ridge offered a price that beats Costco Auto Program offer. And they had the Crosstrek in the exact trim and We went to different Subaru dealers. Bay Ridge offered a price that beats Costco Auto Program offer. And they had the Crosstrek in the exact trim and color which I like in stock. Cornelius listened to our preferences and offered honest opinions on the model and trim, never pushed us to get the higher trim—even though we eventually decided to get the top trim after discussion among family. He gave us a great test drive experience. Financing process took long and was a little more complicated than we had expected. And I did regret being persuaded on getting the paint protection without time for research. The time spent walking through all features of the car was cut short due to the closing time. My first encounter with the service department for a recall was excellent. The car was ready within the promised time period. I’ve recommended Bay Ridge Subaru and Cornelius to friends and colleagues. More

Terrible deception by "finance officers" at time of purchase Talked into several deals but "wheel and tire protection" was worst. Filing for a claim seems more involved than health insurance claims- and when I'd had enough nonsense I opted to cancel and get a partial refund; which the dealership is sorely dragging its feet in doing after the corresponding insurance company notified them of cancellation.
