NYS Inspection I now live locally, but I purchased my Outback when I lived New Jersey, and have been going back to that dealer for most service appointments. I chose Bay Ridge Subaru for my most recent NYS Inspection, and an oil change. I was pleased with the service and found everyone there most pleasant, even though it was 7:30 am on a rainy Saturday. They were so friendly and courteous. This would be a 5-star review but compared to other Subaru dealerships the waiting area and restrooms are rather crude; however, to be fair, they seem to be under construction. More
problem with front windows The dealership technician was not able to locate a problem with front windows. Front windows goes half way up and then down. Had to search for resolut The dealership technician was not able to locate a problem with front windows. Front windows goes half way up and then down. Had to search for resolution on internet. I found a solution and resolved the problem by my self in 5 min. More

Under renovation and disorganized Got an appointment easily for break job. Nice service area reception, good explanation of process and time to pickup. Once at cashier upon pickup, waited in a very unprofessional and disorganized workspace with phones ringing off hook. Paid and picked up car, drove home only to have my tire indicator read low air. Really upset that simple customer service issues like this are not standard courtesies. More
Mechanic did not finish his job. Forgot to put bubble wrap. The mechanic should be careful with his job. I do not know where the bubble wrap belongs to near the engine. Genuine Customer Service non existing The morning welcome was hum drum. The quoted Price was more than I could have imagine for an oil Change and those darn dashboard light that come on The morning welcome was hum drum. The quoted Price was more than I could have imagine for an oil Change and those darn dashboard light that come on . I never can get an oil change. Last time it was a faulty Gas cap that cause the lights on. This is the second SUBARU Gas Cap. This time it was a clamp $70 that cause the dashboard lights to come on. REALLY!! The oil change cost over $100! I was I at 7:15 and out by 11:30AM More
