After calling the Bay Ridge Subaru service department, I was told to bring the car in immediately for evaluation. Service advisor Pamela Morgan guided me through the repairs that needed to be done. She was informative, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Parts needed to be ordered because of the age of the car but the system replacement was done perfectly in two days. I attribute the longevity of the car to the excellent service that I have received at Bay Ridge Subaru over the years. More

Roy was also a pleaseure to deal with. I now own a car I plan to own for a very long time, with a substantial Subaru warranty that gives me piece of mind while driving and considering of cost of ownership. More
