Scheduled an 11am appointment for an oil change and ended up waiting 2 hours to pick up the car. I understand being busy but then again, what is the point of having appointments if service is not available a up waiting 2 hours to pick up the car. Front desk agent was nice but I had to go in the back and flag someone down to return my car. The individual radioed two times yet nobody responded. This has been characteristic of my experiences at this dealership. More
