As I was meeting my boyfriend at Bay Ridge Subaru, (he was test driving a car,) I mentioned to the Salesman that I was concerned about my tires. 30,000 check up The service was efficient and professional, and they provided a 2019 loaner for a recall that required overnight repairs. (an Outback SUV which drove very nicely) The repairs were extensive at 30,000 miles, but I'm confident the maintenance will translate into a lot more carefree miles ahead. I do caution to know your car before you bring it in, because there were repairs that were suggested which would have run a few hundred $ and were so minimal in nature as to be considered unnecessary. For example, one suggestion was replacing the bar that holds the battery in place due to corrosion, plus a battery service. A toothbrush, and a small wire brush did a thorough job in 5 minutes, and I know the battery does not need any servicing. I was surprised that after a major job, they didn't wash the exterior as a courtesy, or give me a voucher to have it washed, as is the custom w/ the Nissan agency where I service my other SUV. Overall, I find the service here thorough and reliable, and would recommend it. More
