They told me that unless I replace them, I would not pass inspection. The replacement should be free, but by forcing me to pay for wiper exchange, I could be charged for the labor of changing the wipers and the recall. Which is exactly what they did. What would have cost $30 cost nearly $100, and then they had the audacity to tell me that they did me a favor by doing the recall. There continues to be streaks on my wipers, by the way. Avoid this place. Dishonest. More
