He could have sold me services I did not need and I know that in some dealerships the whole point of the service department is to sell the customer as many parts and services as possible. Cornelius Middleton was great in helping us navigate the lease return and lease renewal process seamlessly. He is clearly a big fan of Subaru, knowledgeable about the new models and took the time to walk us through all the new features, took the time pair our phones, etc. Additional options were discussed but not pushed. He is a real pleasure to deal with. Overall this dealership, and Cornelius in particular, is firing on all pistons (pun intended). We’ll be back for sure. More

Bay Ridge Subaru was the exception. Anthony Grippo was friendly, knowledgeable about the car, and gave me a fair up-front price that avoided all the silly haggling that you're expected to do at dealerships. In short, I highly recommend Bay Ridge Subaru and will definitely be returning there for service. More
