Very satisfied with the sales agent, Raymond - very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know about the Forester. Fortunately, your dealership had the model and color my wife and I wanted. Vehicle runs very well and is in mint condition. One problem is that the vehicle only came with one key. It cost over $300 to cut a second and will cost another $150 for programming. I feel that a second key should have been provided at no cost to us. That would be a great courtesy since I paid cash for the car and extended service contracts. More

My first visit after buying a new car there 6 months ago, I did not know what to expect as previous dealers I have been to made the process difficult.
