The team at Bay Ridge Subaru is always courtesies and accommodating. I appreciate the Oil change only option as I know I can get in and out quickly. It’s a testament of the company looking at the changing environment to match the new customer base. What we got exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. From the minute we walked in the door and were warmly greeted by Gerald, our sales consultant, we knew we were in good hands. As two people who hadn't owned a car in over ten years, we had a LOT of questions and some pretty specific criteria in mind for what we wanted in a car. Gerald was patient, knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time as needed to help us in our decision-making process (which was fairly quick - we knew we wanted our Crosstrek less than 24 hours later!) And post-purchase, he has still made himself available to answer our "Subaru newbie" questions and ensure we are 100% happy with our purchase (which we are - this car is an absolute dream to drive). We could not recommend Gerald and Bay Ridge Subaru enough - the other staff that we've dealt with there are also very friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you! More

The waiting room was full of customers, but all well-spaced at more than 6’ apart. The staff all wore masks (as did all customers) - I felt safe. The Starbuck’s coffee was good. The 6,000 mile service plus NY State annual inspection were completed in under an hour - at least a half-hour less than I was told to expect. There is really nothing I could suggest to improve the service and courtesy. Douglas More
