A very nice and state of the art clean dealership. Service advisors and staff were very friendly. The experience started off good but was very disappointed with my vehicle at the end of my service. I Service advisors and staff were very friendly. The experience started off good but was very disappointed with my vehicle at the end of my service. I brought my Forrester in CLEAN and it was given back to me filthy all around on the outside and dirty on the inside with mud on the driver's side mat and the side floor panel also, there was a greasy handprint on my light color interior driver door. I did not notice the mud on the driver's side mat and the side floor panel also, the greasy handprint until I pulled up on my driveway. They did a walk around video showing the condition of my Forrester before they serviced it and in the video it shows that my car was CLEAN on the inside and outside. This was unacceptable for my first time visit. Other than that I was pleased with the service that was done. I will be returning for future services. More
