I called Subaru on 7/18 to see if I could bring my car in for service in a couple of days since a part of the undercarriage was hanging down, I never got a callback. I brought my car to a nearby garage on 7 for service in a couple of days since a part of the undercarriage was hanging down, I never got a callback. I brought my car to a nearby garage on 7/23 where I was shown that my car had a rotted subframe that could break if I hit a big bump. This surprised me since my car was in the Subaru Service Center on 6/13/20 for an inspection and 12/16/19 to resolve a check engine problem. Why wasn't the rotted frame caught then? I brought my car into Subaru on 7/24 where the problem with the rotted subframe was replaced. That said, part of the undercarriage is still hanging down and wasn't fixed. I think that should have been an evident problem to fix. Sadly, I'm not seeing the attention to quality that I've seen in the past. More
