Luckily for us, when we walked in the door we were paired with Richie. We were first time buyers unsure about what we wanted and how we wanted to go about getting it. When we finally decided to buy, we realized that we had missed out on the color we had originally wanted. Although he was unable to secure the color, through no fault of his own, he worked for days calling other dealerships and badgering the swap manager of his dealership trying to find us exactly what we wanted. During the finance portion of the exchange, when things got a little heated, Richie, who is not normally involved in that process, came in to calm everyone down and get us back on track. By the end of the sale, we were shaking hands and laughing with everyone in the dealership. I would recommend Richard Forgione to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. More

We came to the Bay Ridge Honda dealership with great apprehension, having being looking for a used car for a month now, we have had our share of bad experiences. Jeff was very nice to deal with, and most importantly he listened to us, and was never pushy about the sale. He was pro-active throughout the whole process, met our demands and delivered us the Certified Honda car that drove and looked new. The detailing was good, we really feel like we have a new car without breaking the bank! When it was time to deal with the financial aspect of it, we felt at ease and although it is a big purchase. Dwayne, the finance manager was efficient, personable and able to close the deal quickly without any stress. We feel we got the best deal for our money and that the car we purchased is a safe car for our son to drive. The only draw back were the tires, but Robert, the sales manager took care of that to our satisfaction!
