I consider myself an experienced consumer. This was my 34th car purchase and I was prepared for anything and everything! I was looking to buy a new Honda and Bay Ridge Honda was recommended to me by several trusted friends. I must say they did not point me in the wrong direction. He took his time and explained the all the differences between all the models of the car I wanted showing me the difference in the car never pressuring me. He worked with me on the price giving me a better deal than I expected. i did not have all the paper work I needed that day so he gave me his work and cell number and we spoke on the phone manny times in reguard to my investment. I was vary pleased with Mr. Alpin and would go back to him in the future. Mr Dwayne Markland was the finance manager assigned to me. He was very knowlegeable, personable, friendly, and helpful and considerate. I have really poor credit and the best finance % rate I got from most banks was 17% but Mr. Markland shopped around when he did not have to to find me a 11% rate saving me thousands of dollers he also took his time and answered all my questions as well as my 78 year old mother's some of which were not directly related to the sale when i told him my mothers family owned a modle T ford he got up and showed my mother the modle T that was in the show room that was one of Bay Ridge Hondas first trade in cars when they opened, further when my mom said she needed some water he went across the streat and bought she and I a bottle of water and would not except payment for it. at that point the papers were already signed he did it out of the goodness of his heart.
