Receptionists gave warm welcomes on three seperate occasions (initial visit to showroom, day of test drive/purchase and pick up date.) (Had he been pushy or intrusive, we would have gone elsewhere.) Discussions of pricing, options and financing were simple and straightforward. All necessary documentation was ready as promised at delivery. Mark went through all of paperwork (along with Dwayne Markland)with us before heading out to the car. Once inside the car, he took plenty of time explaining various features so that we were fairly comfortable driving the car off the lot. The entire process was handled very professionally. I was bummed to return home from vacation to find that I had to trade in my lease. Lack of money and not wanting to deal were making me procrastitnate. As a single woman I am always skeptical of car dealers and similiar situations where I can be taken advantage of for lack of knowledge but I felt very comfortable with Mike and the service he provided.
