I was recommended to Robert Scarpaci from a friend of mine who recently bought a Honda Accord from him. I called him on the telephone told him who our mutual friend was and he gave me a price for the Hon mine who recently bought a Honda Accord from him. I called him on the telephone told him who our mutual friend was and he gave me a price for the Honda Accord LX-P. His price beat three (3)other Honda dealerships by a significant amount. I was even considering buying a Toyota Camry but his price with the equipment the car came with was almost $5,000.00 cheaper then the Camry with the same equipment. It was not hard to decide that I was definately buying the vehicle from him. I actually conducted everything by telephone with him. The first time I met him was when I picked up the vehicle and signed the ownership papers he was just as courteous and professional in person as on the telephone. He also went above and beyond to find the color of vehicle I wanted and made sure it was at the dealership on the day he promised me the vehicle. Also, the day I purchased the vehicle I sat down with the Finance Manager a Mr. Dwayne Markland he was very courteous and professional too. Mr. Hinds was hands-on throughout the process to purchase my new car in 4/2011. He referred me to the auto insurance and finance representatives. He led me back to my home destination since I am directionally challenged. The next day when I brought my bank check in to the finance representative he provided me with additional instruction on the car's functioning. He then arrange to have the alarm installed and instructed me on its use. He made the upgrade less intimidating for me especially since my last purcahse was in 10/1995. I give Mr. Lawrence R. Quite honestly, after shopping around for a car, I did not have a good impression of car salesman until I encountered the wonderful crew at Bay Ridge Honda. What a pleasant surprise to encounter Jhonnatan Valerio, Hank Bernsten and Frank Collo. Jhonnattan was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. There was no pressure or urgency as he introduced me to the features of the CRV and answered all my questions. Negotiating a deal with Jhonnattan and Hank was honest and fair. There were no surprise additional costs on the bill at the signing or attempts to coerce the purchase of unnecessary items. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring Frank Collo was my last stop for this very pleasant purchase. Plates, registration and all the incidentals were handled quickly and confidently with Jhonnattan communicating with me throughout the whole process. Upon receiving the car, Jhonnattan took the time to explain all the warranties and features and again address any concerns. At no time did I feel rushed.
