After a horrible experience at Bay Ridge Toyota, walking into this dealership was a breath of fresh air. Having lost 2 cars and gotten flooded from Hurricane Sandy, I was under a lot of duress in trying to into this dealership was a breath of fresh air. The moment I walked into this dealership the energy, ambience and overall feeling of the dealership put me at ease and lifted my spirits. I had never leased a car before. Karim spent a lot of time explaining how the lease works and helping me fill out the paperwork. Gene was extraordinarily compassionate in helping find a car I would be happy with. He went out of his way to get me a great car at a fair price. I wound up leasing a Honda Civic Hybrid and am delighted. I love these guys!!!!
