She did everything in her power to get me the loan for financing and get me a car that i could afford because i was a victim of hurricane sandy. After dealing with Elizabeth i dealt with finance manager Dwayne Marklund and i was just as satisfied by the job he did as i was with what Elizabeth had done for me. He was very thoughtful and patient with his responses to our questions, unlike other salesman whom we found very aggressive and uninformed. Even after the car was sold and we were about to drive off of the lot, Jamie continued to provide us with valuable information about the car such as the type of fuel that worked best for the vehicle. Jamie has a very professional, enthusiastic, yet calm demeanor that put us at ease and his great sense of humor was an added bonus. And then there was Jack, the financial manager… Jack went beyond the call of duty and calculated numbers until both he and I reached an agreement that we were both content with. It was easy to see that Jack took pride in his work and that this wasn’t just about making a sale. He genuinely sought to ensure that his customer received the best payment plan possible. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have had some correspondence with Andy to get help installing a cargo net in my trunk that wasn't available the date that the car was delivered. Andy helped me set up an appointment, and have the net installed free of charge, which was just another one of those "above and beyond" things that Bay Ridge Honda -- and Andy -- has done for me during my relationship with them.
