My wife and I first visited Mark Dance over President's Day weekend late in the afternoon on a Sunday. He was attentive and responsive to our questions and concerns. As our meeting progressed Mark worked with his manager Gene to provide specific answers and address our concerns. They made a fair and reasonable offer on our trade without much debate. They provided us with honest and acceptable pricing on our new vehicle. During the entire process both Mark and Gene were patient and calm - they understood we wanted to buy the vehicle but did not have time to complete the deal that night. Mark continued to work with us that evening as the showroom closed and we were the last customers to leave. Both Mark and Gene gave us all the information we needed and said to come back when we were ready and had more time - we appreciated their understanding and high level of professionalism. Within a week I called Mark back and we made an appointment to review and finalize the deal. When we arrived he had all the details of our last conversation and we quickly completed the sale. The entire process went very smoothly, with very little pressure and all of the elements of our deal were clearly communicated to us every step of the way.
