We have going to BAY RIDGE HONDA for over 25yrs. We first met Hank Berntsen and found him honest and easy to talk to and most of all not pushie. We bought our very first accord, Later we came for a second one, and would only deal with our FRIEND Hank. As the years went on Igor Shiff took over for Hank, and we had the same feeling about Igor. When I first walked into Bay Ridge Honda I was thinking about buying a new 2013 Honda CRV. I was pleased with the warm and sincere greeting I received from my soon to be, sales representative, Andy Feldm about buying a new 2013 Honda CRV. I was pleased with the warm and sincere greeting I received from my soon to be, sales representative, Andy Feldman. I'm really not experienced or knowledgeable about cars, but when I met Andy Feldman, I was happy to find out that he was extremely knowledgeable about Honda's features, products, prices and even the various technical aspects of the product. Mr. Feldman stands behind and represents a product that he believes in, which made me feel confident that I walked into the best place to purchase my car. I think that Mr. Feldman, is an excellent customer service rep. because he acknowledged my questions and concerns in a timely manner, and was easily accessible. He has excellent listening and communication skills which helped in solving problems and getting me the product I needed. I believe that Mr. Feldman's excellent communication skills is crucial when dealing with customers because it's important to not talk over the customers head but to help them understand the product and what their buying. He developed an easy and positive rapport with me, which made me feel that I was respected and appreciated as a customer. From the beginning of the transaction to the end, Mr. Feldman went above and beyond to help me to become the most satisfied customer of the year. For these reasons, I most certainly recommend Andy Feldman to be anyone's sales rep. at Bay Ridge Honda. More

The dealership was located in a busy area and I had to wait a while for the valet to get me a parking spot. I was given a sales representative within 5 minutes of my arrival. I received a great price for a new Honda Accord EX-L V6 because I had went on to Tru-cars and got a price before I showed up at the dealership. The only negative that I experienced was on my trade-in. The finance manager Jack came over and offered me what I felt was a low ball offer for my 2003 Honda Accord EX-L V6. We negotiated on the price of the used car a little and I settled because I needed to get a new car but I felt that I didn't make out on that deal as much as I should of. I had to wait 3 days to go pick up the car but the ninth generation Accord is better than the sixth and seventh generation Accords that I previously owned. More

I had an excellent experience at Bay Ridge Honda throughout the car buying process. They offered valet service which was great because I did not want to start off by looking for parking and the cus throughout the car buying process. They offered valet service which was great because I did not want to start off by looking for parking and the customer service was perfect because I got paired with and whom I believe is their best sales consultant, Gregory Keeler. He listened to all my needs and expectations and followed suit by explaining to me, while not overwhelming me with info that would confuse the process but still being very detailed about the product. He is very straightforward and there is a great deal of honesty and sincerity about going through this process with him, I really felt no pressure what's so ever and most importantly I felt that he was looking out for my best interest and I have to say because the process did take more than the norm to get done but in the end it was a great experience and do not regret ever going to Bay Ridge Honda and mostly meeting Mr. Keeler which made my purchase a great one.
