We visited the dealership to test drive a Honda fit, and the people I met with were helpful, friendly and courteous. I communicated with Mr. Baldassare for nearly two weeks, asking what must have seemed like an endless series of questions. He always responded quickly and courteously. He provided me with detailed information about pricing, including for options, and since I had done my research, I knew the prices were very reasonable. When we made an appointment to test drive a specific car, he had the car ready, the pricing remained exactly the same (actually a few dollars less than originally quoted), he facilitated my donation of my old car, and the dealership insurance rep has likely saved us money on our insurance. Mostly, I have to say that everyone at the dealership made it clear that they wanted my business, which has not been the case at other places. They did NOT try to sell me a bunch of accessories or options I did not want. I was not purchasing a high end vehicle, yet I must say that Mr. Baldassare worked extremely hard to ensure that everything worked well. I highly recommend the dealership, and I wish we had come here first and avoided the nightmare experience we had at another local dealer. More

The internet manager did not honor the price quoted by the internet salesperson that called me on repeatedly to try to get me into the dealership. My experience when shopping for our Honda went very well. Our sales associate Mark Anthony Esmade met with us and was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. I went to the dealership with a good deal of apprehension as what experience my wife and I would come away with. I was prepared to be assaulted by aggressive sales maneuvers and other machinations, but walk as what experience my wife and I would come away with. I was prepared to be assaulted by aggressive sales maneuvers and other machinations, but walked away with an absolutely pleasurable experience ably assisted by a personable and genuinely interested salesman, Mark Anthony Esmade. Mark went the extra mile and answered patiently, respectfully the multiple questions my wife and I posed. Both of us felt that he was a man we could trust and have come away with an impression that salesmanship does not necessarily have to bear the bad name it usually carries. Mark has proven otherwise. Good on him! He represents the best this field has to offer. Not only will we be prepared to wholeheartedly recommend his services but look forward to doing business, all things remaining equal, with Mark & Bay Ridge Honda again. More

I received a phone call from Bay Ridge Honda stating that they needed 2011 cars for their used car dept and wanted my 2011 Accord,leased. They were told that the lease had another 11 months on it. The party on the phone was very firm that they need cars. He also said they would reduce my payments on a new Honda. So far so good. An appointment was set up for 3:15 the next afternoon. The salesman I was to see was not there. I was given three different reasons why he was not there. This took place over 45 min. On my last request as to the whereabouts of the salesman I had the appointment with someone, I don't know his name, asked " what do you want? As if I was a child tugging on his pants. At this point I explained I was there at the request of Honda. I was given a salesman who explained it was too soon to come in as the lease had 11 months to go. What he offered me was ,please follow carefully, For a 2013 give them the tax plus fees for about $ 2600.00 and raise my payments from $376 a month to $449.00 a month. I was made a fool off , treated with disrespect and wasted over one hour of my time. They get you in on the sale and down hill from there. To be fair the salesman I was to see did call and say he was sorry but no one had told him I was coming in. As far as the service dept they are a first class operation and only have good things to say about them. Sam Springer , More
