I live on Staten Island, so I first went to Honda of Staten Island (read review). After that horrific and aggrivating experience, I almost decided to not even buy a Honda. Since the Pilot was such a great car, I decided to give it one last shot and went to Brooklyn to Bay Ridge Honda. Well, I bought the car that same day. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and polite. They even have a valet service, and I was offered something to drink :) Quite a contrast to SI, where I had to park blocks away because the parking lot is filled with the employee cars. When you walk in all the salesman are outside smoking and dont even look at you. I cant say enough good things about Raymond my salesman and Dwayne the Business Manager. They made things so easy and it was a pleasant experience. Staten Islanders, do yourselves a favor. Cross the bridge and go to Honda of Bay Ridge. Or go to Honda of Staten Island and be treated like they are doing you a favor, and you are not worthy of their time. More
We purchased our car from Mark Anthony during Labor Day weekend. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain our options without us feeling pressured. I walked in on Labor Day and picked up my new CR V the following day. As it happened Frank did was back the following day and I felt as if I had 3 wonderful sales people making sure I was happy. Trust me, I've shopped at several dealerships just checking things out this year and none comes close to the excellence that is Bay Ridge Honda. More
Bay Ridge Honda offer the best price compare to others. We had 2 sales consultants; Graham Wong and Mark Dancer and both are professional and knowledgeable on what they are doing. Two weeks ago, my husband We had 2 sales consultants; Graham Wong and Mark Dancer and both are professional and knowledgeable on what they are doing. Two weeks ago, my husband (Derrick) contacted Graham Wong and asked him if he can wait for us a little while because they closed at 9 PM, and Derrick get off work at 7 PM. At that night, Graham showed us his professional and great customer services. First, we talked about the CRV-EX-L and we went over the difference between 2013 and 2014. We asked a lots of questions but he never show impatient. Then he showed us the CRV-EX-L 2013 and 2014 at the showrooms, and let us try them all. After we done, it was like 2 hours later but we haven't make a deal yet because they don't have 2013 WHITE which they offer great discount for Labor's Day, so we decided to shop at other dealership. But as the result, we realized CRV-EX-L 2014 is better so we came back to Bay Ridge Honda, but we request Black Interior. Mark Dancer was the one help us hold this beautiful car after we made the deposit. Great thing about Mark Dancer is HE IS VERY HUMOR AND FUNNY and of course he is professional as well. He went over with me all the car accessories and explain to me what they do, he kept me company and joking with me, so I don't feel bored while waiting for Derrick talking with Geico. I know nothing about cars so I asked a lots of silly questions, but Mark didn't look down on me instead he explained to me one by one. Also, nothing can be so great without their manager Paul Berry. He is funny and humor too. If Paul Berry didn't accept our offer then the deal will not complete. So at here, I would like to Thank You Paul for giving us the best price for our CRV-EX-L 2014, we love it and we would definitely recommend our friends to Bay Ridge Honda and we will shop again as well. But there's one thing we're not satisfied, which is they only accept 1 credit card with limit $2000 and the rest MUST BE Bank Certified Check, and other dealership accepted up to 5 credit cards with $5000 on each card. I wish Bay Ridge Honda can change that policy and offer the best convenience payment for their customers. More

All I have to say Mark Dance and Paul Berry are great team. They were easy going and very upfront and honest about the whole process. I came in to trade in my 2011 CR-V for 2013 Honda Civic. Mark was able to get me out of my lease and get my boyfriend into a new lease with a much lower payment, which pleased both of us. Mark stood with us through the entire process, not going off to make other sales, he was there from the beginning to the very end when he walked us out to our new car, showed us how to use some of the features and waved goodbye. Paul made sure he explained all the number and the contract agreement very thoroughly, make us feel comfortable enough to make the deal and walk away feeling good, not ripped off. More

Being in business for many years, I tend to be very skeptical of all financial transactions. Sean Park kept reminding me that "this dealership is not like that".
