I heard about Bay Ridge Honda through a friend but never thought that I would travel from Dutchess County NY to Brooklyn. My experience at Bay Ridge confirmed that I made the right choice. The customer service was exemplary on every level; from the receptionist to our fabulous salesman, Igor, to all the employees that went out of their way to ask if we would like coffee, were we being helped, did we need directions home, etc. For me, buying a car has always been a stressful experience but I actually look forward to going to Bay Ridge because you feel like you're among friends and you leave knowing that your needs were heard and you're driving away in the right vehicle for you. It was a beautiful summer day in Bay Ridge and i decided to visit the local honda dealership as i was interested in purchasing a Honda Accord due to my practical nature. As I drove up the street, they were parking the car out front and it was just as Frank said a "big wow" uttered by me and the knowledge that car would be mine... I was coming from a 2010 Honda Accord - 6 cylinder coupe into the SI coupe and I have to tell you I just love Honda cars. They come fully equipped and there is no pressure from Frank or anyone to purchase anything above and beyond the car. I LOVE my new Honda it is a six speed manual and I will always recommend Frank and Bay Ridge Honda. The day I picked up the new car, I worked with Dwayne Markland for my financing. This was the second time that I worked with Dwayne. As always, he was very thorough going thru the financing package. In addition, Dwayne will advice on any additional items in order to protect your car as soon as you leave the lot, such as, wheel locks to protect those magnificent wheels on the SI coupe. John Marino facilitated my trade in and final purchase price. John is a great guy to work. There is absolutely no pressure and he will work with till the numbers are just perfect for you not for Honda. I highly recommend this dealership and if you want a no pressure, down to earth guy, who will tell you stories about his cat if you are a animal lover, please look Frank up. Since the Pilot was such a great car, I decided to give it one last shot and went to Brooklyn to Bay Ridge Honda. Well, I bought the car that same day. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and polite. They even have a valet service, and I was offered something to drink :) Quite a contrast to SI, where I had to park blocks away because the parking lot is filled with the employee cars. When you walk in all the salesman are outside smoking and dont even look at you. I cant say enough good things about Raymond my salesman and Dwayne the Business Manager. They made things so easy and it was a pleasant experience. Staten Islanders, do yourselves a favor. Cross the bridge and go to Honda of Bay Ridge. Or go to Honda of Staten Island and be treated like they are doing you a favor, and you are not worthy of their time. More
