This was my first time ever shopping for a new car. I visited a few dealers before going to bay ridge Honda, but didn't feel what I should have felt in any and that's good customer service. These 3 men that I dealt with, Mark, Robert , and Jack were all so great each in a different way and I couldn't thank them enough for the above and beyond service I received through them. They were so efficent in expaining everything to me, polite, and extremely curteous. The process was so smooth and easy and I actually enjoyed leasing my first car! Since then , they have called me and checked up and I truly appreciate it ! More
Me and my wife have used Andy Feldman for when we leased our 2010 Honda Accord and again earlier this year when we leased 2013 Honda Accord. I made an appointment to have my car serviced. I dropped it off at 4:30 pm on Friday. I waited five hours and was not given any information. I left without my car. On Saturday I did not receive a phone c it off at 4:30 pm on Friday. I waited five hours and was not given any information. I left without my car. On Saturday I did not receive a phone call updating me on the status of my car. I looked over my service paper, noticed the clerk checked off that I did not have an appointment, of course he didn't tell me that. He was the same person I made the appointment with over the telephone. It is inconsiderate to have a customer waiting for a car to be fixed, and a mechanic is not working on the car. I discovered that information when I walked my self back to the service area. These people are extremely inconsiderate. Poor service, overrall! I don't mind paying their exorbitant service cost but at the same time they seem to have a problem servicing customers with "excellence", as they advertise. Seriously consider going somewhere else! I have leased my second car through Bay Ridge Honda and both with the salesperson; Mark Anthony. Mark Anthony makes the process painless. The greatest thing about this establishment is that the services hours are extremely flexible. You can drop your car off in the morning and pick it up before midnight during the week. Two things that really impressed me was that she knew every little thing about my 2014 Odyessy and she really took her time to explain to my wife how every thing worked. My wife has been driving her 2003 Odyessy for over 10 years so the thought of driving the new one was very scary to her but after Elizabeth went over every little detail, sometimes 2 & 3 times until my wife understood it 100% More
