I truly appreciated the fact that (in my opinion) Elizabeth wasn't just trying to make a sale, she was trying to build a customer relationship that could last for many years to come. I also remember how Elizabeth treated me during my very first visit to Bay ridge Honda, about three years ago. Without knowing the schedule, I made an appointment for a test drive about 15 minutes before closing time. After being "bounced" by two other salespeople, who just wanted to call it a day and didn't want to waist their time on me, Elizabeth politely made herself available and took me for a full test drive. That was a sign of real professionalism that I remember to this day. More
