Went in to buy a certified used Honda Accord and of all the dealers I have ever been to, this is by far the best service I ever received. All cars they showed us were clean and in very good condition. Mark was extremely patient and gracious while showing us the car and answered all our questions. We went back a second time and Elizabeth worked very hard to get us a deal that we were happy with. She gave us a red bow for the car when we picked it up :), and even called back a couple of days later to make sure everything was ok. Definitely the dealer to go to for a new/used car because of the large inventory, clean cars and especially the customer service. Went to another Brooklyn dealer in April to purchase an Accord EXL but the experience was so unpleasant that we completely decided to cross off the Honda from our list. Then we waited and waited and final Accord EXL but the experience was so unpleasant that we completely decided to cross off the Honda from our list. Then we waited and waited and finally decided to wait for the new models and to get an Altima. Just before our final decision, a relative told us about a very good experience at Bayridge Honda and specifically with Andy Feldman. From the moment we met him, everything was very professional, low-key and no baloney. Sure, we negotiated on the price and also the trade in value of our old car. But it was all done without nonsense. The deal was fair to both parties and best of all we did not feel talked-down to or insulted as had been the case at the other dealership. Even when the manager (Robert) came over to finalize the deal, he was also fair and reasonable. It was the last day of the month so maybe they more more eager to negotiate? Two days later, we picked up the car as promissed and Andy did a great job explaining the basic features to us. He even synched our phone with the bluetooth. There was a brief meeting with another person who explained some of the warranty options to us, but we declined and were not pressured at all. There was even a very lovely girl (Gloria)at the dealership who took care of transferring our GEICO insurance to the new car. Another hassle avoided. All-in-all this was one of our best car-buying experiences ever. More

I have been leasing cars for many, many years, and this is the first time I have actually been relaxed through the process, and didn't have to send the salesperson "back to the manager", five or six times to get a fair price. I got a great price the first time, the paperwork was a breeze, and every facet of the car was explained in great detail. There is no doubt in my mind that my next car will come from Bay Ridge Honda. More

My experience with Mark Anthony was so great. He is the best dealer ever I mean it. I have been to many dealerships but none of them was as friendly and patient as Mark. Not only that but when I went back after few days to install the Lo-Jack he took good care of me. I'm so happy with him. He's really nice he knows what he's doing. Also even that my paper work is all done he still calls me to ask me how is it going! All I have to say its that he's awesome. GO MARK!!!!!!! More
My experience with Mark Anthony at Bay Ridge Honda was wonderful. He was warm, sincere, and very patient with me as I asked him many questions! This was my first time leasing and I was a bit nervous walki wonderful. He was warm, sincere, and very patient with me as I asked him many questions! This was my first time leasing and I was a bit nervous walking in, but Mark Anthony quickly made me feel comfortable with his no pressure attitude. He walked me through every step of the process without eve making me feel obligated. When I decided to go ahead with the lease, I felt exhilarated! Mark Anthony then walked me through all the paperwork step by step, explaining everything along the way. . we even started talking about our love for our dogs and I knew I had the right sales person for me! He then introduced me to Dwayne in financing which was also a great experience. Dwayne explained everything to me and I felt very secure making my purchase. When I picked up my CR-V the next day, Mark Anthony met me with a smile and explained each and every feature to me, as well as setting up m iPhone. . .he even called me that night to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend Mark Anthony to anyone interested in a Honda! Thank you!!! More
