We walked in the door and Sean Park was waiting to accommodate us. After test driving the 2014 Honda Civic we fell in love with its fabulous features. Sean did not have our requested color available in stock, but it took only a day to find it and then an appointment was made to complete the transaction. Thinking an extended period of time would be needed for that appointment (due to our past experiences), we were assured by Sean that it would not the case at Bay Ridge Honda. I had done my research and knew what the dealer invoice cost was and e I visited Bayridge Honda knowing that I wanted a 6 cylinder 2014 Honda Accord. I had done my research and knew what the dealer invoice cost was and expected that I would have to do a bit of serious negotiation to get the car at the price that I had targeted. Much to my surprise, Elizabeth quickly realized I was serious about an immediate purchase and proceeded to wrap up the deal at a very fair price with no shenanigans whatsoever. She was very professional, knowledgeable, as well as delightful person, and she gave me a tip that saved me quite a few bucks on my auto insurance policy. (You want to take the on-line defensive driving course.... it's cheap and it saves a significant amount on your policy for the first three years.)
