I needed work on my tires, an oil change, inspection, wipers - the typical for a Honda Pilot. I made an appointment, came in early and was out early. Wilson ran the service desk in an orderly fashion, had patience, and made things happen. The service center has a great waiting room - clean, safe, TV, free paper. The entire experience including the cashier service and the person who handed me the car back was professional and nice - You could tell that people actually liked working there - it makes a difference. I will go back again. More
20K does not get your service nor a tool bag After having terrible experiences with the Honda Delaerships closer to me, we went to Bay Ridge Honda thinking it would be different. Unfortunately, After having terrible experiences with the Honda Delaerships closer to me, we went to Bay Ridge Honda thinking it would be different. Unfortunately, after we bought a brand new car there two weeks later it developed a leak - not a puncture. Went to change the tire and NO TOOL BAG anywhere in the car. As a result, we had to use a fix flat to get the car back to Honda Service near us. Of course, HONDA wouldn't replace the tire because apparently 2 weeks is wear and tear for the tires, AND BAYRIDGE HONDA refuses to mail me a toolbar. I dont live in Bayridge, but I guess 20K on a new car isnt enough to get good service or cover the stamps to get a toolbag that should have come with the car. More

He even answered questions that I didn't get the chance to ask. He made me feel very comfortable and I could tell he was being honest with me about everything! He didn't try to sell me more then I needed and he kept me within my budget which was most important to me. He made purchasing my first car a joyous moment for me and after dealing with him I would definitely recommend BayRidge Honda to my family and friends when they decide to purchase a car! Very good price, no games I nearly bought a used car from an owner just to avoid the headaches of interacting with a car dealer. After some research I decided to give one of the "No haggle" services a try and went with Consumer Reports. Bay Ridge Honda offered the lowest price on the Consumer Reports site by a significant margin though, given my experience, looked like the beginning of a bait and switch. My salesman, Tim, was a salesman. He tried to highlight the benefits of the Civic I test drove, and how it was superior to the other cars in it's class. This is what I expect from a salesman but wasn't overbearing, pushy, or dishonest. When it came time to talk price, I asked him directly if Bay Ridge Honda would honor the Consumer Reports price provided on the internet. He clearly said yes, with no qualifications, and no efforts to sell me on anything other than what I was explicitly interested in. This is all I think anyone can ask from a car dealer. From this meeting to picking up the car, everyone was direct, with no nonsense. One minor deviation was a meeting with an in-house insurance broker who I was led to without the clearest explanation of her role. She nonetheless offered me a quote that couldn't beat my current insurer so I said thank you and went on my way. If it was a better price I might have taken it and appreciated the offer. I'm happy to recommend Bay Ridge Honda to anyone shopping for a car. I can easily imagine that the money they might lose in offering a lower price than their competitors is made up for in the volume of business generated by being surprisingly unlike what people might naturally expect from car salesmen. More

Beware of hidden fees and lying employees They have hidden fees that they failed to mention on the car ad. The phone reps lied to me just so I'd come in.
