Bay Ridge Honda Dealership Experience I had great experience in Bay Ridge Honda. This was my first car. I came in already prepared to lease a new 2014 Honda Accord. I was greeted by Betty Lala who was a new Sales Rep at Bay Ridge Honda. Betty was very friendly and patient. She explained all the car functions, gave me a test drive, and provided reasonable price for the car. Because it was late in the day I had to come back next day where I spoke with Insurance Rep and Financial Manager, Joseph Calixtus, to finalize the paperwork. I had great experience with Joseph who provided valuable information, beneficial options, and I was not pressured in any way. On top of that Betty was always helpful in each step of the way. In all, as to my surprise (internet can scare you to the core) it was very pleasant experience and I will definitely be coming back for other services. More
