Paul was extremely professional and helpful as well. There was no hidden games going on, no pushing on something else other than what we wanted. We were fortunate to have Igor Shiff as our car sales representative. He is an extremely intelligent and easy going person. A friendly, low key approach, no high pressure sales tactics just straight forward answers and a good price. Igor was very thorough and made the whole transaction feel like a 'morning with a friend’ He really put us at ease through the entire process, which can be a quite stressful experience.
