Beware of hidden fees in final paper work. They will add service contract fees that were never mentioned and also CHANGE the retail price that you had negotiated with the salesperson. Overall I am paying an additional $6,000 because they added a service contract fee and also changed the negotiated price. There are other customers who experienced this where they have been scammed. More

Wonderful experience, wonderful dealer, and very helpful! Jaime was nothing short of professional, courteous, helpful and great to deal with throughout the entire process. He was available at all times to ans Jaime was nothing short of professional, courteous, helpful and great to deal with throughout the entire process. He was available at all times to answer questions my wife and I had for our new 2015 CRV. All my emails and phone calls were answered promptly and accurately, and he was never pushy or aggressive with making us "rush" to finalize the sale. Disappointed of Bay Ridge Honda I am very disappointed with Bay Ridge Honda I been buying cars in Honda for years and need felt so cheated off my money like now. I got a Crosstour 20 I am very disappointed with Bay Ridge Honda I been buying cars in Honda for years and need felt so cheated off my money like now. I got a Crosstour 2011 on October 13, 2014 took the car that even I didn't get a chance to text driver, the following morning I went back with the car because it wasn't safe for me the car is to high on the back so the view is bad. The manage Harry said that they send the paper and that I would have to wait for the title (I told this deal cancel, it's less than 24hrs . He said I had to wait for title and that I wouldn't lose money. So I put a rush on the title I got it in less then 3weeks on November 1,2014 and now manager Harry tell me that in less then 3weeks the Crosstour lost a 6,000 dollar. He want to buy it from me for 17, 000. So this company is making money by cheating the customer. Very disappointed I just got this past week to brand new cars for my family. What a way to treat your customer, they lost me as a customer and I made a consumer report. More

Above and Beyond I went to the dealer with hopes to get a new car for a great price. I was assisted by Mark Dance, who was a great help. He showed me cars on two different levels, I didn't know the place was so big and was patient throughout. We went for a test drive and returned to the dealer to get a deal made. While attempting to leave a down payment, I realized it was a holiday and banks were closed so it wouldn't be a big deal to just debit. My bank had a limit and I was out of luck, but instead Mr. dance drove me back home to get another card to use and drove me back to the dealer. He went above and beyond and was patient through the entire process. He was very professional and truly made me feel like a values customer. I would recommend easy one to ask for his assistance when going to this dealership. More
