Throughout the process our very knowledgeable salesman, Sean Park, kept us informed as to when we could expect delivery on our 2016 FIT. He was able to get us the color and model we wanted in the shortest timeline and gave us the best trade-in price on our 2011 FIT. We had approached other dealerships but Bay Ridge surpassed their offers by a thousand dollars or more. Mr. Park offered us many options and was not a high-pressure salesman.
