Over the years my family has purchased 2 Odysseys, 2 CRVs & 1 Pilot. Each purchase was made with the help & guidance of our Favorite Sales Person, Igor Shiff. Each & every time Igor has been attentive & patient, always listening to what we had to say & guiding us with his incredible expertise. There has never been a problem with availability, no one has ever tried to pressure us into a style or color we didn't prefer. He advised me when I asked, and his advise was always spot on! I think the two things I like best about Igor Shiff, George Gambino & Bay Ridge Honda is 1) they treated me with respect & 2) when I showed my father what I purchased & the price I paid he said "You got a great deal, I'm proud of you"! Excellent Customer Service and Satisfaction My wife and I just renewed our lease with Igor Shiff at Bay Ridge Honda. If my memory serves me correct, this is the fourth Honda we've leased through My wife and I just renewed our lease with Igor Shiff at Bay Ridge Honda. If my memory serves me correct, this is the fourth Honda we've leased through Igor. Similar to all past experiences, Igor was on our side working to make our purchase as seamless and successful as possible. He is always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding the right car that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. Igor's reliability and dedication is second to none as he has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, integrity, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I now consider Igor a great friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase or lease a Honda. poor service I brought my car in because of a recall and to have it inspected. Upon coming into the service I was encouraged to have my car aligned and tires rotat I brought my car in because of a recall and to have it inspected. Upon coming into the service I was encouraged to have my car aligned and tires rotated. I assumed this was important and gave permission. The work was done on my car and driving home I realized that the car was very hot with no heat on and there was no cool air coming through the vent. I drove home to make sure it did not change. It actually became hotter so i drove it back immediately and was told that the mechanic had left and to bring it back the next morning. The next morning Chris told me to bring it in. I did an he checked it and then asked his supervisor Andrew to check it. Andrew insisted there was nothing wrong and that the only way to cool the car was to air-conditioner. I explained that I have been driving this car since 2008 and have always had fresh cool air coming into the vents and not this warm to hot air coming in when the temperature was 55 degrees outside. I disagree with his assessment and would like a phone call and someone else look at the car. Summer is coming and it is very hot in the car and uncomfortable. Something was done by a technician to change the flow of air.I am sorry that I did not bring this to my mechanic and possible would have saved the $129 for an alignment and tire rotation and $18 for a free multipoint inspection and would have a car that the temperature is comfortable in the interior. More
