I would like to be anonymous at this point. My sales guy told me everything that there is just for me to sign the paper gave me the best deal out there told me that they have the car in stock(which they didn't). After i agreed for this deal my credit application did not go through, they asked for a co-signer. I got them a co-signer with a 720 credit score which still didn't get approved. They are liars, they have no respect for their customer. The sales team curses right in-front of you, smoke in-front of you dirty dirty sales team they are. I honestly do not know how they got the "presidential award". At the end of my conversation with the finance department they told me that they cannot give me the car b.c. they were not making enough money on this deal....flat out exactly!!!!! They are the worst dealership...do not care about customer once again. More
I was overcharged $27.00 for a Safety inspection fee & also charged $12.50 for a supposedly tire disposal fee in which they NEVER disposed of any tires from my vehicle upon purchase. Terrible! Don't go there. Promises and prices for invisible cars. I signed a contract and left a deposit on something that he never got me. 3 weeks later he called me with a different model at a mo invisible cars. These guys play games. I Negotiated a price and signed a lease on a 2007 Pilot that was $100 under their listed dealer invoice. They promised the car to me within 3 days, 7 days max. At that point he pulled a bait and switch telling me they were unable to find the make/model of the vehicle they agreed to lease me, but did have an upgraded make/model for an additional $3500. I refused the upgrade, wanting the car listed on the lease agreement. At 10 days Ismail told me his Swap Manager just returned from vacation and was actively looking for my car. He said the vacation was the reason why my car wasn't in yet. When I asked wny he promised me the car in 3 days if he knew the Swap manager was on vacation, Ismail lied and said he never PROMISED 3 days. After 12 days, they still haven't delivered the car and I'll be getting a refund and doing business with someone else. More

"Get the F&^k out, you aren't even a costumer to me, I don't make enough money on this car (2007 Honda Fit) to have to put up with you." He says he has freedom of speech in America, that he or God can say whatever he himself or God wants to say. Chris is pictured on the phone faking a call to "Security". In fact he was the one to have have police question him and have a harassment report filed against him. George Gambino, Store Manager, said "Chris must have had a bad day." They will try every possible way to sell extra stuff that most customer probably don't need. Their financing department is worst ever to deal with. Either you take the deal or out type of deal. Sales representatives are usually nice but they don't really have decision right so they travel back and force between customer and sales manager. That's another turn off. I bought the car but I probably would not go back there to buy another car. Now service department is total disaster. Service managers are confused as whack. They don't seem to get it right no matter what they do. My case was when sales department initially delivered my car, they forgot to install alarm. I made appointment a month ahead for alarm installation. They first call me to cancel my appointment because they don't do installation Saturday. Then by the time I went there for my appointment, they have no idea what I am there for. I had waited almost 8 hours in the freaking dealership to complete their job for my car. It turned out no one care to take care of my car. Although I was there waiting for 8 hours, no one seemed to care enough to ask why I am there for 8 hours. Finally, I demanded status of my car and nothing has been done. Although I was very upset, I demanded explanation but they could not deliver the answer. Instead they offered me a free rental car so I can go back to my home(I live in Queens) Next day, a guy from sales department called me for spare key. Go figure.... Make it short. Due to lack of communication between inner departments, their turning around time is so long. I never ever want to deal with service department again. Ironically, they sent me a post card how my service department experice was. My answer was all 1's(worst) However, I never get a phone call or letter to ask why I was not satisified with service department. Go figure.... And most of customers who used that service department seemed to agree that their communication is worst ever. Try to avoid all together this dealership. More
