However, it en DON'T GO THERE. The Financing Sales are EVIL. I just brought a 2009 Honda Civic from this place. The selling price should be $19450. However, it ends up cost me $5000 more. They are so tricky. I requested to add a LoJack system for $995. However, there are many hidden service plans which didn't show the price when I signed the service plan contract. After my car was installed the LoJack, they would show you the final voice and contract. It was $5000 more in final price. When I tried to argue to take out LoJack and service plan, they would say it can't take out since it is already installed into the car. How can I sue them and get my money back? Anyone know? GET YOUR FINAL INVOICE BEFORE YOU INSTALL SOMETHING INTO YOUR CAR. READ EVERY SINGLE WORD OF CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN. More
I bought my 2008 Honda Civic EX at Bay Ridge Honda and had a wonderful experience. I year later I returned to trade up to a 2010 Pilot EXL. Initially I had no problem with the sales rep. After a deposit we were told that they didn't have black in stock and they would find the model we wanted by Monday or Tuesday. Monday came and went without a courtesy call. Tuesday I wanted to get a status update just to find out if I could go to the beach that day. When I called to speak with ELIZABETH POLANCO i simply asked for a status update on the car. Instead of politely answering my question and letting me know it might be a couple more days, she came back at me with attitude and said "IT'S ONLY MY SECOND DAY CALLING!!!!!". Immediately turned off, I found my own 2010 Honda Pilot EXL in 5 MINUTES and will be driving it tomorrow!!!!! I guess Bay Ridge Honda is doing so well they didn't need my 40k+ purchase. Dear ELIZABETH POLANCO, Don't be mad that I had to do your job for you, and learn some customer service skills. All it would have taken was a polite apology for your disgusting attitude!!! Outright con artists and they feeel they are doing you a huge favour selling the car! The used car division manager threw the key at us with a very annoyed face on final delivery! When I got there, not to my surprise, they did not physically have the car but it was "available." Well, take it from me, everything is available for the right price. I have walked in telling them a number I got for this car from another dealership. (who also tried to pull a bait and switch but at least offered me a great deal on the cars they had in stock) After I told them the number, they bumped it $700 and told me that this is an amazing deal considering that they were "willing" to find the car for me... The only credit that I will give them is that they did not make me waste my whole day sitting there only to have my hopes of getting the car crushed. (They did it almost instantly) P.S. The final thing that I was told when I was leaving is that they were not going to be chasing after me out the door. (This is why the auto industry is in trouble. The whole system of buying cars should be revamped to remove the middle man and institute strict no haggle policies. This will better dictate the manufacturer's MSRP, too) More

DO NOT GO THERE.. they are scam artists at the higest level!!!!!!! They ripped me off for $6,0000 that they buried into the finance papers for the "extended warrenty" and lo-jack system. When I went back to dispute those charges because it is not mentioned ANYWHERE in the paperwork I recived from them, they said that it the package I got was "valued at $6000" and the deal was final. 1. The extended warranty comes for free from Honda on certified used cars 2. Lo-Jack installed at a shop does not cost more then $400-$600 Now I have to go to the AG of New york and possibly small claims court to get that $6,000 back from them. THEY SIMPLY NEVER TOLD ME THE COST OF THE PACKAGE and just buried it in the financing without telling me what the cost of it was and it was only until I got home to go over everything before I realized what happened. Save your time and money and go someplace else... PERIOD!!!!! More
They are friendly...but if you fall for it, you get eaten alive. They will exaggerate on the extra warranties that you dont need. You'll get cheated!! Be careful on the invoicing because they dont itemize so you dont know what else they are charging on your bill till its too late. We are going thru consumer fraud to fight to get our money back. It's not worth the trouble if you want to buy a new-used car for their so-call low prices and low APR. Especially the APR is their way to trap you with extras that are over inflated in prices. More
I bought my Honda Accord and a 7-year warranty service contract back in Nov 2007. The dealer, Gregory Keeler, promised me $0 deductible. By the time I've received the contract, it said $100.00. Because of this problem, I've gone back to the dealer 3 times, made numerous calls but nothing was done in the course of 1 1/2 year; though he kept on saying it was a mistake and I was right on that. I paid the car in cash thinking that would be no string attached but I have to deal with the same problem again and again with no peace. After the sale, that's your problem not theirs. My advice to you is, they can promise you anything at the time of sale, make sure you write down everything they promise you and check all the paperwork carefully. More
