Recently purchased a 2009 Honda Odyssey from Bay Ridge Honda. I was looking for this vehicle for a long time and had trouble with several other dealers in the area. I finally decided to take the trip down to Bay Ridge Honda after consulting with one of their Internet reps who was very friendly and informative. I was lucky enough to have a very straight forward and persistent sales rep who was able to deliver the Odyssey I wanted. Overall I was very happy with the courtesy and professionalism with this dealership. My only complaint was the length of time that it took to close the deal. Due the large number of customers in the showroom, there was a lot of people waiting to see the finance managers and I needed to wait. More

I highly recommend to keep an eye on Finance though: (1) get pre-approved for financing so that you can get the best rate and avoid having to negotiate a rate with the "Premium" warranties, and (2) skip the window etching and get it at the police station (according to Geico it is $10 at the station while the dealer's sticker price is $995!).
