The most important thing is I printed out a page on the internet with the price i was willing to pay. The sticker price on the van was high. Once i showed him the paper i brought, he match the price with no problem. Then we all went in and i put down the payment. He was honest, very helpful while processing all the paperwork. My overall experience with the employee and dealership was great. And i would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. More

I finally decided to take the trip down to Bay Ridge Honda after consulting with one of their Internet reps who was very friendly and informative. I was lucky enough to have a very straight forward and persistent sales rep who was able to deliver the Odyssey I wanted. Overall I was very happy with the courtesy and professionalism with this dealership. My only complaint was the length of time that it took to close the deal. Due the large number of customers in the showroom, there was a lot of people waiting to see the finance managers and I needed to wait. More
