Once I had the numbers, I told informed Jamie that I would return the next day to get a price on my trade in. He was cool about me leaving without pressuring me for a deposit, a tactic I had seen with other dealers over the years. The next day I returned, and we proceeded to go back and forth with the trade in value. In the end, the sales manager Hank was reasonable, and we were able to arrive at a deal. The process was fair, and I felt that they earned my business. I would definitely recommend Bay Ridge Honda, and especially Jamie and Hank.
