I love Bay Ridge HONDA. I have been dealing with Frank forever and just love him. This is my sixth or seventh 3 year lease. I love my 2010 Honda Accord EX. Dealing with car salespeople can often mean a battle of attrition where the buyer must muster every ounce of resolve to resist relentless steering tactics; but I was very very pleased with my experience with Jeff Goldberg of Bay Ridge Honda. He answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and, best of all, did not try to "upsell" me in any way. He was congenial and patient, and provided me with a great car at a great price and finance rate. Thanks very much, Jeff, for your demeanor and effort. Jamie Fernandez was very professional in helping me navigate my choice of two models, in both 2009 and 2010 versions. I really put him to work as I wanted comparison quotes for each model before I could narrow down my selection. His sales manager Hank Berntsen was also very helpful in sharpening his pencil. Once I had the numbers, I told informed Jamie that I would return the next day to get a price on my trade in. He was cool about me leaving without pressuring me for a deposit, a tactic I had seen with other dealers over the years. The next day I returned, and we proceeded to go back and forth with the trade in value. In the end, the sales manager Hank was reasonable, and we were able to arrive at a deal. The process was fair, and I felt that they earned my business. I would definitely recommend Bay Ridge Honda, and especially Jamie and Hank. By the way, they had Wi-Fi access, so as I waited I was able to work on my laptop. Also the fact that their service department is open to midnight is a also a huge bonus… More
