Neither will they provide even a brief introduction of the features / options available (I think, you deserve to know why you are asked to pay 700-1500 more then anywhere else). Consider this place is if: 1) You are already well aware of what comes with a particular model you are after and ready to pay a sticker price; 2)If you are ready to wait until your car is actually available (seeing one in a lot doesn't necessarily mean that you're going to drive it home the same day). I entered Bay Ridge Honda last night to purchase my first new (leased) car. When I entered the dealership, I met Richie, who immediately asked me about the types of cars that I was interested in, as well as new (leased) car. There were two Honda Civics that were on the showroom floor near the front door, and I immediately looked at them as potential candidates. One was an LX, and one was an EX, and Richie offered to run both numbers for me as a comparison. Richie ran the numbers in front of me, and with complete transparency. I am a very mathematical person, and the way that the numbers were explained to me was very clear and concise. After taking another look another version of the car that I was unaware existed (the LXS), I decided on a make and model that I would like, as well as a price that I was happy with. I then asked Richie if he would be able to deliver the car that night, and he said that he would be able to do so, along with license plates and registration! Richie worked with the other employees of the dealership to ensure that I would be able to drive my car home that night. While everyone was taking care of the paperwork, Richie was available to answer any questions that I had about the vehicle. I was very impressed that everything was able to be done in about three hours time, with minimal stress and headaches. Richie consistently asked me if I had any more questions for him, and repeatedly told me that if I ever had any concerns, that he was available to listen to them. The next day, Richie gave me a courtesy call to ask if I had any more questions or issues with the car. I look forward to continuing to build a relationship with him, and I'm sure that Bay Ridge Honda will continue to win my business in the years to come. More
I recently purchased a new car from Bay Ridge Honda. My sales consultant was Joseph Barca. Joe is an old school salesman. Joe works with a very popular and honest company called Carsdirect.com. They are an internet business and by chance he is the only one willing to work with them here in NY!! Boy was that a great matchup. I saved alot of money going this route and Joe made the whole transition go smoothly. He was great to work with. If you ever happen to be in Bay Ridge and are interested in purchasing or leasing a Honda. Ask for Joseph Barca. You will be happy that you did. Ernie Collier More

Both Richie Forgione and the dealership as a whole get a perfect rating as far as I'm concerned. I've dealt with the "typical" car dealership experiences many times in the past and have walked out of many perfect rating as far as I'm concerned. I've dealt with the "typical" car dealership experiences many times in the past and have walked out of many of them angry and without a car. Richie treated me like family and was completely upfront throughout the entire process. After the sale was over, he made sure I understood that he was just a phone call away if I needed anything and that the sale wasn't over as far as he was concerned. There were no hidden fees or last second changes as I've seen in the past with every dealership I've ever set foot in. I will recommend Richie Forgione to anyone with any interest in a Honda. More
I have to recommend this dealership because although I ran into a problem at first Mr Gambino and Mr Marino were immediately trying to rectify the problem I had. When we started to talk money, the deal was made within 30 minutes and we were very happy with the price. I would highly recommend Richard if you are looking for a new honda and as you can see with all of the other reviews, there is not one bad word about Mr Forgione. Mr Gambino actually got in touch with me when he heard I had a problem...I like to see the that the General Sales Manager of the store got involved immediately after he found out and I appreciate that. I came to see Richie at Bayridge Honda when I was confused and upset about my 2009 Camry and all its recalls. I felt confused and overwhelmed, Richie put me immediately at ease. He took the time to explain my options and walked me through the whole process from beginning to end. He was knowledgable and honest. Never did I feel as though I was being taken advantage of, like I did when I got my Camry at STAR Toyota. Richie went above and beyond to help me get out of my unsafe Camry and into a Honda Accord. I couldn't be happier with my car or the service I received at Bayridge Honda from both Richie and John. I will recommend Bay Ridge Honda to everyone I know. And if you go, ask for Richard Forgione! OK, I bought a 2006 Element from Bay Ridge Honda 2 years ago and have been very happy with it. So the other day I got a brain storm to go and look at other Honda’s, When I got to bay ridge Honda, I was gre ago and have been very happy with it. So the other day I got a brain storm to go and look at other Honda’s, When I got to bay ridge Honda, I was greeted by Jeff Goldberg at the door, he asked if I wanted a cup of coffee and then proceeded to make me a cup. I told him I was interested in a Honda pilot, and he immediately went to work. He pulled up on his computer a number of cars and trucks and showed me them in his lot. I tried a CRV to small, I tried a Honda Accord again to small, then I tried a Honda pilot, gee that’s it and of course that was the one I wanted. In a few minutes Jeff showed me a 2007 black pilot. The price of the car was 19,995. I only had my Element and owed 12,159.00 and could not afford to put any money down. So Jeff said no problem and suggested they run my credit and try to get me a better rate, Jeff assured me that if the payments didn't work for me , He would get me in another vehicle with no problem. He told me what my payments would be and I agreed. Three hours later I met this guy named C.J. the finance guy and he had all the paper work laid out for me, he explained in detail, and that I was approved not only by Honda finance Service but also from another bank as well. I read all documents and signed the paper work, and I now owned the truck!! 30 mins later,I had the keys to my Pilot...no lying....no screwing.... nothing... these guys were great. Then C.J. introduced me to one of the other salesman...A Marine Colonel, I to a former Marine, so we began to talk and talk about old times. Great Guy and a nice man…..After my chat with the colonel, I picked up my Honda Pilot and left very happy. I am going to recommend Jeff to everyone; this guy explained every single feature in the car after he installed my new plates. Jeff and the Bay Ridge Honda family couldn't have been more honest. My experience at bay ridge Honda was excellent, I couldn't be happier. Jeff and C.J. thank you very much and I look forward to doing business with you again. Let me start by saying, " I hate salesman!!". Ive been dreading going to a dealership because i don't like to be taken advantage of, but i needed a certified car, so i went. When i got to bay ridge Honda, Jeff Goldberg met me at the door, i told him i was interested in a 07 Honda pilot, and he immediately went to work. He pulled up about 12 pilots on his computer and showed me them in his lot. One pilot that was listed was no where to be found on the lot, of course that was the one i wanted. in minutes Jeff had tracked it down in the service garage, it had just arrived to the dealership. Jeff escorted me across the street and down the block to the garage. The car was filthy, but i knew that the "car cleaning guys" would make it look brand new. So lets make a deal. I was already pre-approved from MCU at 8.40 %, but for only 20,000.This was my budget. The price of the car was 21,960. I only had 3000 to put down and after taxes and tags the price was getting up there. So Jeff suggested they run my credit and try to get me a cheaper rate, but i had to drop a 500 deposit before hand. Of course this is where i figured i was supposed to drop my pants and grab my ankles. Jeff assured me that if the payments didn't work for me , i would get my 500 back with no problem. GGrrrrr....ok lets do it. The next morning we were hit with 2 feet of snow, Jeff had called me first thing and told me i was approved and he was waiting on the finance guy to tell me what percent i was getting. As the day went on , the snow kept coming, and i didn't hear from Jeff. i was kind of aggravated, but because of the bad weather, i figured they just left for the day. I couldn't blame them, i was just very anxious and excited to hear how close i was getting to my truck. The next morning the finance guy calls me and gives me a rate of 7%...HOMERUN!, but at what cost? He told me what my payments to the dollar would be and i agreed , but if it was a penny more when i got there he could forget it, don't try and sell me anything with it, lo jack, extended warranty, nothing...nothing more , he agrees.i figured i'm not giving him a chance to screw me. two mins later Jeff calls, "ok when do you want it?" "yesterday", i said. He said "ok, let me pull 2 guys off of shoveling snow and get your car cleaned up ill see you in 4 hours, with all of the paper work ready". mmmmm....ok, ill see you then, i guess this is the part where i get ripped off. i met with C.J. the finance guy and he had all the paper work laid out for me, he explained in detail what everything was , i read them and signed and i owned the truck!! 20 mins, and i had the keys?.?.?...no lying....no screwing.... nothing... these guys were great. I am going to recommend Jeff to everyone, this guy explained every single feature in the car after he installed my new plates. i cant believe how worked up i got for nothing..I figured someone at least would have took a shot at ripping me off, but they couldn't have been more honest.
