My husband and I were very happy and satisfied with the service we were given by Jeff Goldberg at Bay Ridge Honda. We were referred to this dealership by Costco's Auto Program and Jeff found us a 2007 Hon service we were given by Jeff Goldberg at Bay Ridge Honda. We were referred to this dealership by Costco's Auto Program and Jeff found us a 2007 Honda Accord LX with only 13,460 miles. With Costco's program there was no price haggling. Jeff informed us that the Costco price would be $500 less than the lowest price listed for the car. I had told Jeff that I had previously test driven a Honda Accord but could not consider buying it because the previous owner was a smoker and the entire car smelled of cigarettes and the upholstery had cigarette butt burns. This car was very clean inside and out. After test driving it, we proceeded to finish the sale. Although we were ready to pay in cash, we asked Jeff to find out if financing was available as we were preparing for our first wedding in the family. I received a call from CJ and was given an interest rate which was not what we expected, so my husband and I decided to pay in cash. I told Jeff that we were surprised at the high interest rate we were given considering our credit rating and he told us he would speak to CJ. We were very pleased to hear back from CJ after a few hours giving us a much lower rate 2.49% that allowed us to keep our cash in case we needed it for the wedding. The car and all the paperwork was ready when we arrived to pick up the car. Jeff took the time to give us a long lesson on how to use all the controls in the car and even gave me a test to make sure I was listening and had taken in all the information! We highly recommend Jeff Goldberg, CJ and Bay Ridge Honda! More
Smooth lease transaction-- I recommend this dealer The salesman was friendly and answered all questions. The car was ready for pick up the same day. Each one could probably sense that we were inexperienced and they tried to sell us anything and everything. When we walked into Bay Ridge Honda, it was a completely different feel! Richie Forgione met with us and we spoke about our needs/wants. He didn't rush through anything. He made sure we understood everything he was saying. He gave us a lot of pointers/advice and information about everything as well. Once we decided on the CR-V, we met with Richie and George Gambino to talk price. He gave us a great price which stayed within our budget. George gave us time to discuss it privately. When we made a final decision, they were as happy for us as we were. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience buying my first new car. Richie and George were absolutely amazing. We could not have asked for more from them. They were pleasant, friendly and HONEST! I would recommend them to anyone with out thinking twice! I promise they will make your car buying experience a great one! More

Andy Feldman was very patient with us as we determined which car we'd like to buy, over multiple visits. He answered questions, offered us options, followed up with us but wasn't pushy or rude at all. I a which car we'd like to buy, over multiple visits. Sales manager Gene was also helpful, honest & stuck to his word. We saw another manager at one point who seemed to want to give me the hard-line (which I didn't care for), but didn't have any interaction with him for the final sale/negotiations. Price was fair. Not the bottom-line cheapest I'd seen in researching the tri-state, but certainly not overpriced & they gave us a very fair price for our trade in. Were willing to work with us. Overall our experience was very, very good! They even made sure we could drive out with the new car on that Saturday afternoon. The salespeople at a nearby Mazda dealership we visited (in Bensonhurst) seemed like clowns compared to the upstanding guys at Bay Ridge Honda. I'd send my friends to Andy if they were looking for a new Honda. More

online price jumped 2k in 2 months so i asked to speak online price jumped 2k in 2 months so i asked to speak to manager Assistant manager gave me revised price and put me with a salesman i said i woul online price jumped 2k in 2 months so i asked to speak to manager Assistant manager gave me revised price and put me with a salesman i said i would be in that night to sign paperwork signed contract and payed deposit salesman was very unhappy! called back mamy many times over the next 2 weeks kept getting the runaround from salesman and then assit manager then manager they said they could not find the Pilot i had payed deposit for and i could have my money back! this was said many times! the bottom line was they would not put me in the car as the price they sold it to me was to low!!! they said it could take 5 months to get the car in! i went to another dealer a day later payed deposit and was in the pilot with all of my specs 7 days later not good people go elswhere oh and the dealer ship i finally bought from went out of business a month after i got the car and im stuck with a VIP service deal i payed for Hondas are good cars but take not Responsibility for the Authorized dealerships that sell them!! a real shame and shame on Bay ridge Honda More
Not a terrible dealership, but I felt like they had very little respect for my time. I had called in advance after working out numbers with one of their Internet sales reps, and had let them know when I'd little respect for my time. I get there, still wait 15 minutes, only to find out the car didn't exist. Net time wasted, 30 minutes. The price that I had worked out wasn't even very competitive, but I figured I'd rather do business locally than drive to Jersey. A decision which I ended up regretting that day. More
