The professionalism and character of this dealership is impecccable. I was treated to valet parking when I drove up in my rented car. I purchased my 2007 CRV from this dealershi, first time as a leasee, no one explained the process to us, consequently, we were taken to the cleaners, we thought we had 36 mos but after signing realized i as a leasee, no one explained the process to us, consequently, we were taken to the cleaners, we thought we had 36 mos but after signing realized it was only for 32 mos, also the initial offer(written) was for a 4xdrive and realized later it was not, also dealing with HAAN financial servies has been a nightmare, again we were not told that there would be final charge of $450.00 and although we had taken out insurance for damages they did not cover complete cost as we had been assured we would be. The GPS did not function well and was rather dangerous especially if you only relied on voice cues. The service dept. would make light of it and laugh it off. But the final straw came two months after we terminated the lease, we got a call from a potential buyer for the car who apparantly had gotten personal information from the GPS WHICH THE DEALER NEVER BOTHERED TO CLEAN AND DELETE INFORMATION. Again when I called the dealership they acted as if it was nothing. This is not a reputable dealership watch out for everything you sign and make sure you ask all the right questions. More

I have worked with George Donovan and Gaetano and have found them extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I can always trust their judgement and advice. I now traded for a new CRV working with Richie Forgione who, along with George and Gaetano, has proven to be a friendly, knowledgeable person I feel I can trust. He has given me solid advice and made suggestions to assist me to find exactly what I wanted at a price I can afford. Because of the interaction I have had with these three gentlemen I would strongly recommend Bay Ridge Honda as a place for anyone to purchase their next car. I would also recommend them to bring it in for servicing where they can rest assured it will be done right the first time. More

I recently bought a certified pre-owned Honda from Bay Ridge. They’ve got a big inventory of certified cars at good prices, with new ones coming in all the time (as usual, check the web for best pricing). Ridge. It’s too soon for me to have an opinion about customer service as an owner rather than a buyer (I did buy a couple of accessories here a few years ago) but the dealership overall seems friendly and professional. My salesman, Jeff Goldberg, was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me info about Hondas that I didn’t know though I’ve owned one before. He called to keep me informed when cars came in that matched what I was looking for, but he didn’t pressure me. Jeff also helped me with insurance quotes – on his day off! When I arrived to pick up the car it was as promised, perfectly detailed, clean inside and out. A good car-buying experience overall – smooth and low-stress. I felt helped rather than hassled as I have in the past. More

John Marino, the manger was a bit tough at first when I tried to negotiate financing. He reminded me of an old school car dealer. I showed him that I could get financing for less then the dealership was willing to offer me by a few basis points a month and felt he came on a little strong to have me accept the dealership rate (which would have been higher had I if I had not had the financing information from my bank before I came in). However, since they gave me such a good price on the car and it was only $3 I agreed and John was great afterwords. More

Even though the dealership did not have the exact car I wanted they gave me a descent price for the one they had in stock. I wanted a black or metalic gray exterior and the one in stock was light grayl The account manager, who deals directly with the bank and checks clients' credits, was very helpful. He explained everything in detail and worked out a deal that I could afford. The following day I picked up my new car with no hassle and hardly any wait. I had to wait for 30 -45 minutes while they transferred the plates and completed other associated paperwork. The only problem that i did have was the fact that no one knew the exact amount for the DMV fees. I was first told $190 then $160 and ended up having to pay $192.50. Other than that everything else went well. Michael made sure I was satisfied and escorted me to my new car. More
