I was looking to buy a new Honda and Bay Ridge Honda was recommended to me by several trusted friends. I must say they did not point me in the wrong direction. He was very knowlegeable, personable, friendly, and helpful and considerate. I have really poor credit and the best finance % rate I got from most banks was 17% but Mr. Markland shopped around when he did not have to to find me a 11% rate saving me thousands of dollers he also took his time and answered all my questions as well as my 78 year old mother's some of which were not directly related to the sale when i told him my mothers family owned a modle T ford he got up and showed my mother the modle T that was in the show room that was one of Bay Ridge Hondas first trade in cars when they opened, further when my mom said she needed some water he went across the streat and bought she and I a bottle of water and would not except payment for it. at that point the papers were already signed he did it out of the goodness of his heart. When we finally decided to buy, we realized that we had missed out on the color we had originally wanted. Although he was unable to secure the color, through no fault of his own, he worked for days calling other dealerships and badgering the swap manager of his dealership trying to find us exactly what we wanted. During the finance portion of the exchange, when things got a little heated, Richie, who is not normally involved in that process, came in to calm everyone down and get us back on track. By the end of the sale, we were shaking hands and laughing with everyone in the dealership. I would recommend Richard Forgione to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. More

Jeff was very nice to deal with, and most importantly he listened to us, and was never pushy about the sale. He was pro-active throughout the whole process, met our demands and delivered us the Certified Honda car that drove and looked new. The detailing was good, we really feel like we have a new car without breaking the bank! When it was time to deal with the financial aspect of it, we felt at ease and although it is a big purchase.
