Having just completed(December 2010)negotiating my fourth car lease with Bay Ridge Honda, I can unequivocally say that this last experience has far exceeded all my previous ones. BR Honda is a very professionally run, well-oiled machine which has swayed me to become a loyal customer over the years. However, it was my salesperson, Andy Feldman, who made this last leasing process the most pleasant, seamless, satisfying and least anxiety-producing experience of all. Andy's manner was assured without being aggressive, professional, courteous, thorough and focused. At no time during our conversations did I feel that he was pressuring me to complete the sale or impatient to be done in order to look for the "next sale." The negotiations were managed very calmly and efficiently and the details for the transfer of vehicles were handled in an organized and smooth manner. Andy took the time to carefully explain all aspects of the transaction, as well as any new features on the new car I was leasing. During the blizzard, Andy was in constant contact with me to update me on the delivery of my car and also followed up after I had picked up my new car. He worked diligently to get me the car and color I wanted and to make the whole process run smoothly.I still can't believe how easily everything went. Ritchie was also very congenial, friendly and eager to please.What a great example of integrity and salesmenship, not to mention the great deal I got! What an asset he is to Bay Ridge Honda, he should win salesman of the year award! I truly can not imaagine leasing a car through anyone else other than Bay Ridge Honda.
